Now we must bring your attention to the small print…
- RidersRest caters exclusively for adults (over 21 years of age) who ride bikes (motorcycles) and trikes
- RidersRest is also our home. So, in order for us to go about our normal business, we respectfully request that all guests vacate the premises during the day. The house will be closed between the hours of 10:30 and 16:00. We understand that under some circumstances this might not be appropriate and so we remain flexible when informed
- We usually sit down for the evening meal at 20:00, however if you believe you will arrive later than 19:00 would you please message or phone to let us know so we can arrange a later sitting
- During guided tours we accept no liability and assume you will carry all relevant documentation, that you are responsible for your motorcycle and it’s maintenance and how you conduct yourself whilst riding it during your stay at RidersRest
- If you cancel your booking the cancellation must be confirmed by email. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30 days or more before arrival date: deposit only
- 15 to 30 days before arrival date: 75% of total contract
- 0 to 14 days before arrival date: 100% of total contract
- No allowance can be made for meals not taken or for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking. With this in mind we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable holiday insurance
